Shipment tracking

If you have shipped products using a shipping service that offers shipment tracking, you can submit the shipment tracking information to daapia.com and it will be made available to the buyer so that they can track the status of the shipment. To submit shipment tracking information, follow the instructions below.

  1. Log in to your daapia.com account.
  2. Access your seller dashboard.

  1. Click “Orders” in the left panel of your store manager.
  2. Click the “Mark Shipped” button corresponding to the desired order. Alternatively, open the order details and scroll to the shipment tracking section. Once at the shipping tracking section, click the “Mark Shipped” button.

  1. Once at the shipping tracking section, click the “Mark Shipped” button.
  2. Enter the tracking code and tracking url.
  3. Click the “SUBMIT” button.
