Prepare return and refund policy

The refund and return policy tells your customers whether they can get refund after buying products/services and how. Indicate if products/services paid for are returnable and refundable, which products or types of products qualify for return and/or refund, what condition the product should be in when returned, full refund or partial refund, product value or store credit refund, or exchange (if exchange, what products can be exchanged for), time frame for returns and refunds, etc. Give as much detail as possible.

Note that your return and refund policy must not contradict that of daapia.com.
