Order notes

Order notes, as the name implies, allows you to keep notes about an order, right within the order, on daapia.com. Notes can be private, meaning that they are not available to the customer who placed the order; they are for the reference of the seller. Notes can also be for the customer, meaning that the customer will see these notes. This is useful for updating a customer about the status of the order. The note will be sent to the customer’s email, and their daapia.com account will also be updated with the order note. To add order note, follow the instructions below. Note that daapia.com site admins can see all your notes, including the private ones.

  1. Log in to your daapia.com account.
  2. Access your seller dashboard.
Orders page
  1. Click “Orders” in the left panel of your store manager.
  2. Click an order’s number in the “Order” column, or click the “View Details” button corresponding to the order whose details you wish to view.
Order notes
  1. Scroll to the “Order Notes” section and add your order note in the “Add note” box.
  2. You can also add attachments in the “Attachments” section. A list of allowed file types is given below the attachments box. Make sure your file is of one of the allowed types.
  3. Once you are done adding the note and attachments, select “Private note” or “Note to customer”.
  4. Click the “ADD” button.

Note: previous notes about the order are displayed before the “Add note” box.

You may also add an order note while editing an order.
