Shipping policy

Every seller must have a shipping policy detailing how they are going to ship products to buyers. Every seller decides how they are going to ship products to their buyers.

Products must be shipped out within three (3) days of order placement. This will enable the buyer to receive the products within the seven (7) days they have to submit a complaint. If buyers do not receive the order within seven (7) days, they may file for a refund, which will go against the seller. It is in the interest of the seller to ship out products as soon as possible.

Sellers must set up shipping fees using the instructions here. Even if the seller offers free shipping, it must still be set up following the above instructions.

Your policies can influence your sales. Ensure that your policies are not unreasonable for buyers to follow.

1.  Sellers are bound by the conditions defined in this policy and any acceptable conditions they define in their shipping policy.
