Membership

Your can do three things in your membership profile.

1. View membership information

Your membership plan, showing the various features that are accessible to you, and the cost of the plan, is shown in a table.

2. Cancel membership plan

Cancelling your current membership plan returns your account to the free plan. When you cancel a plan, you lose all the benefits of the plan immediately, and any remaining days are also cancelled. All your products are reverted to “Draft”. You will have to manually republish the ones you want to keep active. To cancel your current subscription,

Click the “Cancel” button to the right of the membership plan table;

Click the “OK” button in the pop-up window.

3. Change membership plan

you can change your membership plan at any time. To change your membership plan, you first have to cancel your current membership plan (see point 2 above). Then,

Scroll to the “Additional Info” section below the membership plan table;

Click the “Change or Upgrade your current membership plan” link;

Choose a membership plan and proceed to make your payment.

Tip

If you sign up to the “Walking” plan or higher, you can use the bulk edit feature to republish your products in large batches, instead of one-by-one.
