Editing an order

You may need to edit an order if the buyer wants you to change some parameters, for example, product quantity. Follow the simple steps below to edit and order. Note that if the order editing results in you having to collect additional payment from the customer, you must do so directly from them. Daapia.com is unable to collect payments due sellers when they manually place or edit orders.

1. Log in to your daapia.com account.
2. Access your seller dashboard.

3. Click “Orders” in the left panel of your store manager.
4. Click an order’s number in the “Order” column, or click the “View Details” button corresponding to the order whose details you wish to view.

5. At the bottom of the “Order Items” section, click the “Edit Order” button.

6. You can change the product quantity and total price. You can also apply a discount to the order. Additionally, you can add a note to the buyer.
7. Click the “SUBMIT” button when you are done making changes.
