Requesting withdrawal

This is the most welcome feature on daapia.com. This is the part every seller is interested in, when after all the hard work of selling on daapia.com, they finally can take down money into their bank accounts or mobile money wallets. Daapia.com tries to make its withdrawal process as seamless as possible. At daapia.com, we also want to ensure that both buyers and sellers feel secure while transacting. Therefore, we have set out some conditions for making withdrawals in our selling policy.

1. Head over to your daapia.com account (see how to log in).
2. Access your seller dashboard.

3. Click “Payments” in the left panel of your store manager.
4. Click the “Withdrawal” button at the top right of the screen.

5. If all withdrawal conditions have been satisfied, a “REQUEST” button will display in the lower right hand corner.
6. By clicking “Choose Date Range”, you can restrict the withdrawal requests to a specific period.
7. In the list of available orders, check all the orders you wish to request withdrawal for. Note that every withdrawal request attracts a fee of GH₵ 10. Therefore, sellers should endeavor to put as many orders as possible in a single withdrawal request. This fee goes to the payment processor, not daapia.com.
8. Click the “REQUEST” button.
9. If you have appropriate permissions, you can print your withdrawal request history or export it as pdf, excel or csv file.

Sellers should usually get their money within 3 working days after placing a withdrawal request.
