Up-sells

Up-sells are products that you recommend instead of the currently viewed product. They are typically products that are more profitable or better quality or more expensive. To set up up-sells,

1. Click in the “Up-sells” drop down
2. Enter the first three letters of the product you wish to up-sell.
3. Select the the product.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to add more products.

Cross-sells

Cross-sells are products that you promote in the cart, based on the current product. They are typically complementary items. For example, if you are selling a laptop, cross-sells might be a protective case or stickers or a special adapter. To set up cross-sells,

1. Click in the “Cross-sells” drop down
2. Enter the first three letters of the product you wish to cross-sell.
3. Select the the product.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 to add more products.
